Former President Bill Clinton denied seeing any signs of former President Joe Biden showing signs of mental decline while in office despite ongoing reports.

Bill Clinton, on ABC's "The View," said he did not have concerns about former President Joe Biden's mental health and wants Democrats to focus on the future.

I had never seen him and walked away thinking, he can’t do this anymore,” Clinton said, insisting there was never a moment he doubted Biden’s mental state.
