The round of the day belonged to J.J. Spaun, who shot a bogey-free 66, becoming just the second player to achieve that mark in the last three U.S. Opens at Oakmont dating back to 2007.

After two days at the 2025 U.S. Open, there are more players with scores of 20-over par or worse (10) than there are players with scores above par (3).

The victor of the 2025 US Open at Pennsylvania’s Oakmont Country Club, which concludes on Sunday, June 15, will walk away with $4.3 million.
