James Craig, a former Colorado dentist, will spend the rest of his life in prison after he was convicted of murdering his wife by methodically poisoning her.

Closing arguments were made on Tuesday morning. The defense claimed James Craig had a suicide pact with his wife, Angela. But the prosecution says she was not suicidal and that Craig had made the theory up in a false manifesto to throw off investigators.
