Yasuke is one of two playable characters in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. But unlike the other protagonist, Naoe — the stealthy shinobi who bears the iconic hidden blade — Yasuke is conspicuously absent during the first part of the game.

Assassin's Creed Shadows is finally here, and though it may not be too different from the previous few games in the series, it does have a bunch of new mechanics that you'll need to learn about to be the best shinobi and/or samurai you can be.

You ever notice a legendary piece of loot from across the room, lock eyes, and exchange a knowing look that says "We're going to be together forever?" I have, because I'm the proud owner of Yasuke's Protector's Armor in Assassin's Creed Shadows.
