Goldberg is 40 years removed from his Edison graduation and 28 years removed from his first pro wrestling win. Saturday in Atlanta, he transforms back into his “Goldberg!” persona for the 383rd time in his wrestling career.

Over three decades at the top of the pro-wrestling scene, Goldberg became a hero within the Jewish community and to fans young and old—myself included.

Online, fans say Goldberg is irrelevant, but the reaction he got on Raw days before his final match says otherwise.
