Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan has described Black Sabbath’s final concert as “beautiful and bittersweet,” sharing an emotional tribute to the heavy metal legends following their last-ever performance in Birmingham.

Original Black Sabbath drummer Bill Ward will take one final, long-deserved bow with Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and Ozzy Osbourne at the Back To The Beginning concert, taking place July 5 at Villa Park in Birmingham.

Ozzy Osbourne is saying goodbye to the stage after performing what has been billed as his final show with the original members of Black Sabbath.
