No Kings Day” rallies are planned as a nationwide day of defiance against President Trump's administration. June 14th was chosen, in part because it is Flag Day – but also because it is President Donald Trump's 79th birthday.

A marching protest will loop through downtown Santa Fe on Saturday in what organizers expect to be one of the largest yet.

Organizers are calling for Americans to attend demonstrations across the country to protest President Trump on his 79th birthday.

Protests are expected across New Mexico in response to deportation and other initiatives taken by the Trump Administration. The protests have been deemed the "No Kings Day" protests. A total of 18 protests are scheduled in areas across the state on Saturday, June 14.
