After much deliberation at the annual league meetings in late-March, early-April, the NFL owners tabled a proposal to ban the Philadelphia Eagles' tush push play. At the time, the owners had planned to revisit the topic at the spring meeting in May.

After the dust settles on the draft, attention will turn (in time) to the effort to nudge the tush push from the rulebook.

Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur suggested NFL commissioner Roger Goodell could be in favor of banning the tush push. "I think he's on our side on that one," LaFleur said Friday on The Pat McAfee Show.
