David Beckham leads a new Super Bowl 2025 commercial for Stella Artois — and finds out he’s a twin while sharing a beer with his (fake) parents at a pub. “We have something to tell you,” Beckham’s commercial mom tells him.

Stella Artois heads to the Super Bowl commercial stage this year to help David Beckham meet his long-lost twin brother … Other David. The 60-second spot from the Anheuser-Busch brand follows the soccer legend's journey to America after his parents revealed the family secret.

In the hilarious ad, David Beckham's parents reveal that he has a long-lost brother in America (played by Matt Damon and also named David) who shares his love for Stella Artois beer and athletics.

The last appearance of Stella Artois on the Super Bowl ad roster came in 2019, when the brand revived Sarah Jessica Parker as Carrie Bradshaw from the HBO series “Sex and the City” and Jeff Bridges as “The Dude” from the 1998 film “The Big Lebowski.” In 2025, a new duo aims to emphasize “quality moments in life,” says Jones.

While the Cambridge native didn’t show up in the recent Dunkin’ teaser featuring his pals Ben and Casey Affleck (as well as “Succession” actor Jeremy Strong), Damon does appear in the new Super Bowl ad for Stella Artois opposite soccer legend David Beckham, which hit the internet Tuesday morning.
