.Mov the quicktime format. You may need to use quicktime pro to convert it, as I don't think plain old quicktime has the same editing capabilities.
I'm pretty sure WIMP can do it because I've seen the file type in the readme. If it doesn't have the codec it'll go to MS's website and download it.
