Four people were killed in Kenya ’s capital Nairobi on Thursday after security forces fired shots and tear gas to disperse huge crowds at a stadium where the body of deceased opposition leader Raila Odinga was lying in state, local media reported.
Raila, who was undergoing treatment in India, is said to have died after suffering a cardiac arrest during a morning walk on Wednesday, October 15. He was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead at around 9:52am (Indian time), according to a spokesperson for the hospital.
