A Richmond police officer was hospitalized after a being involved in a car crash while responding to a domestic disturbance Saturday night. According to a release from the Richmond Police Department, around 10:31 p.m. on Oct. 18, officers were called to the 1400 block of South B Street on a report of a "heated, physical domestic disturbance."

Connecticut State Police responded to a crash with injuries on Interstate 91 south in Hartford Friday, the agency said.

During the pursuit, the suspect vehicle struck another car, a fire hydrant, traffic light and stop sign.
