Several people were injured in new Russian drone and missile strikes on the eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, local authorities said early on Saturday. Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported the injuries on Telegram but provided no further details.

Russia launched 208 drones and 27 missiles at Ukraine on the night of July 26. The main direction of the strike was the Dnipropetrovsk region, according to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Saturday morning that Russia had attacked Ukraine overnight with more than 300 drones and over 30 missiles.
