P resident Donald Trump reiterated his intention to deploy National Guard troops to San Francisco on Sunday, going as far as claiming he may invoke the Insurrection Act if needed. Speaking to Fox News' Maria Bartiromo in an interview pubbed on Oct. 19, the president said in no uncertain terms that he was planning to send troops to San Francisco.
