Alon Abutbul swam this morning at Habonim beach and when coming out of the water he collapsed; despite resuscitation attempts he died.

Alon Abutbul, one of Israel's most well-known and talented performers, passed away on Tuesday at the age of 60.

Aboutboul is credited in more than 100 films, according to IMDB. In the U.S., he is most known for his roles in "The Dark Knight Rises," the "Snowfall" TV series, and "Rambo III".
