ODESSA, Texas (KMID/KPEJ)- City of Odessa Parks and Recreation Director, Max Reyes, was arrested on a warrant Thursday after an employee in his department made an outcry alleging sexual misconduct.

In a news release, City officials said Max Reyes, who had previously held the position of Parks and Recreation Director, was no longer employed as of February 10.

ODESSA, Texas — Max Reyes, the City of Odessa's parks and recreation director, was arrested for official oppression Thursday morning, according to Odessa arrest records.

Max Reyes' case has been sent to the district attorney's office for "Judicial Review." The City of Odessa's Parks & Recreation Director, Max Reyes, has been placed on administrative leave.
