Emma Raducanu and coach Vladimir Platenik have parted ways after working together for just one match, her management team confirmed on Wednesday. Platenik started working with Raducanu on a trial basis two weeks ago and was present during her first-round defeat at the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, Calif. to Moyuka Uchijima on March 6.

Emma Raducanu is on the hunt for the eighth coach of her career having split with new coach Vladimir Platenik after only 14 days and one match. Raducanu appointed the Slovakian coach prior to Indian Wells where she fell to a first-round defeat against Japan’s Moyuka Uchijima.
