The Trump administration is moving ahead with its plan to kill New York City’s congestion pricing – a controversial tolling program designed to help raise millions in critical infrastructure funding and decrease traffic in Manhattan’s most congested zones.

New York City sued the Trump administration on Friday for clawing back $80.5 million of grants intended to cover part of the city's cost of housing migrants. In a complaint filed in Manhattan federal court,

Gov. Kathy Hochul insisted that the cameras crucial to the toll structure will remain in operation. "The cameras are staying on," she said.
