A driver in Fort Bend County wasn't fooling anyone with a creative license plate.

Millersburg Police Department posted a photo of a fake, hand-drawn license plate they spotted during a traffic stop.

The driver of the real license plate on his car says the other driver is racking up tolls under his name.
