CLEVELAND, Ohio — Powerful winds slammed Northeast Ohio on Friday, toppling power lines, knocking out electricity to thousands of customers and producing extreme gusts across the region. The National Weather Service recorded an 85 mph wind gust at Cleveland Burke Lakefront Airport at 3:12 p.
