Bernard-Converse played only five defensive snaps in five games for the Browns this season and has only 15 defensive snaps in three career seasons. He has 241 career special teams snaps.

The Los Angeles Chargers have signed defensive lineman Kyle Peko and safety Marcus Williams to the practice squad. Peko is a seven-year veteran who played in five games with the Detroit Lions last season. Williams appeared in 11 games with the Baltimore Ravens last year.
