Bring on the best-of-three. You’d have a hard time convincing the people who just played 27 innings in 27 hours, but the World Series basically starts anew with Game 5 at Dodger Stadium on Wednesday night.

As few who lived through it will forget, the Blue Jays clinched the World Series in Game 6 in both 1992 and 1993. In ‘92, it was an 11-inning battle in Atlanta, where Tom Henke blew the save in the ninth and Dave Winfield doubled in the winning runs in the top of the 11th.
