“Kill Bill” and “Reservoir Dogs” star Michael Madsen’s death has been revealed. The actor’s cardiologist told NBC4 Los Angeles Tuesday that Madsen died of heart failure after being found unresponsive in his Malibu, California, home on July 3. He was 67.
