A Virginia Beach man was charged in connection to the hit-and-run death of a pedestrian during the early morning of Friday, Jan. 31. According to the Virginia Beach Police Department, officers received a report of a crash involving a pedestrian in the 3700 block of Bonney Road around 1:40 a.
