The Cincinnati Bengals continue to add to the defense as NFL free agency's legal tampering window continues. Monday evening, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported that the Bengals agreed to sign free-agent linebacker Oren Burks, who just wrapped up a one-year stint with the Philadelphia Eagles.
