The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth in Texas has named Halona Norton-Westbrook as its next director, beginning July 1. She succeeds Marla Price, who announced last year that she would retire after more than 30 years in the role.

The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth has announced its new leader: Halona Norton-Westbrook. Norton-Westbrook, who has served as director and CEO of the Honolulu Museum of Art since 2020, starts her new job on July 1.

She succeeds Marla Price, who made the museum a must-see for art and architecture enthusiasts in her 30-year career.
