It’s possible to look at Tuesday’s loss to Purdue as a moral victory. But given the state of Iowa’s season, moral victories aren’t enough.

Kansas won this one by 17 points, but they were up by 23 at one point in the game. It was an all-around ugly performance from the Iowa State basketball team, but head coach T.J. Otzelberger remains confident going forward.

After a rocky week and a half of games, No. 16 Kansas Basketball picked up a big win over No. 8 Iowa State at Allen Fieldhouse on Monday. Following the game, Jayhawks head coach Bill Self had high praise for his team and mapped out its remaining schedule.
