Josh Naylor drove in Geraldo Perdomo from third base with a chopping ground ball to first to cap a five-run ninth inning and the Arizona Diamondbacks rallied for an 8-7 victory over the San Diego Padres in Phoenix on Saturday.

Geraldo Perdomo was the hero for the D-backs in the ninth inning, hitting a game-tying triple and scoring the winning run one batter later.

The San Diego Padres are eyeing a key position at the MLB trade deadline and some of the Padres top prospects could be moved.

The Padres are 38-29 and third in the NL West, two games back of the division-leading Los Angeles Dodgers and one game behind the San Francisco Giants. They just lost two of three agains the Dodgers at home, including dropping the series opener, 8-7, in extra innings.
