Comau, an Italian robotics firm, will acquire Automha, a warehousing automation specialist, to expand into the logistics sector.

Kollmorgen will be joined by Regal Rexnord brands Portescap, Warner Electric, Berg, and Thomson at the Robotics Summit & Expo in Boston.
