Excuse me while I go take a nap 😅💤 Crushed my Sunday morning workout at F45 Training and then followed it up with a 30-minute interval ride on my Peloton bike! Safe to say… I left it all on the floor (and the bike). So grateful for my F45 family and my Peloton community who keep pushing me, encouraging me, and reminding me why I show up — even on the days I’d rather stay cozy. Every workout is an investment. Every drop of sweat is a promise to myself. And today? Promise kept. 💪 Now… nap time.
