On January 13, at approximately 11 PM, Sumter County Deputies and Wildwood Police Department Officers spotted an individual driving with a suspended license. The deputy attempted a traffic stop in the area of US Hwy 301/Main St. within Wildwood City Limits however, the driver began traveling at a high rate of speed, and in a reckless manor south bound on Main St. The deputy disengaged his attempt at the traffic stop due to public safety concerns. Sumter County investigators are seeking the identity of the two people seen in this video taking an ATV from a residence in the SC 261 South area during a recent incident. The subjects have reportedly gone into multiple vehicles at two locations and have taken a firearm. The subjects may be traveling in a dark-colored Mercedes. Anyone who knows the identity of the subjects or who has information about these incidents is asked to call Sumter County Sheriff's Office at (803) 436-2000 or Crime Stop
