Turns out, it was more — an MRI showed an L5S1 disc degeneration pressing on the nerve root. Constant pain morning to night. Cycling and running had to stop. 🚴‍♂️❌🏃🏻‍♀️❌ And so, I found myself in the pool — the very place I used to avoid. 🏊🏻‍♀️ What felt like a setback is slowly becoming a blessing. More time to focus on technique, on patience, on moving with intention. Gl
