Seborrheic dermatitis is an inflammatory condition most often caused by a reaction to common skin yeast called Malassezia. It causes greasy scale of the scalp and other oily parts of the face and even chest. Treatment is regular washing with an anti dandruff shampoo or other antifungal creams.
