Today's move is a build off of kettle bell squats. Put the kettle bell between your feet, which should be hip width apart. Keep your abdominals held tight to protect your back. Go into a squat and pick up the kettle bell. Hike it back between legs like as if you were hiking a football. That momentum is going to drive it forward using glutes and hips.
