2023 Mariachi Festival - Houston Youth All-Star Mariachi - Popurri Romantico The Houston Youth All-Star Mariachi is directed by Jose Longoria, Director of the University of Houston UH Mariachi Pumas. The group is made up of students from across the Houston area. This performance was recorded on Sunday, August 20, 2023, at the Wortham Theater in downtown Houston, Texas.
