WATCH: CCTV footage captured the moment a powerful storm surge flooded the dining area of a seafront restaurant in Catania, Sicily, as Cyclone Harry battered parts of Italy on Tuesday, January 20. The storm brought heavy rain, strong winds and coastal flooding to Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria since January 19, prompting authorities to deploy around 1,480 firefighters across the three regions.
